Background
Graduate in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Member of the Madrid Bar Association. He later completed his MBA at Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid. Antonio went on to specialise in Intellectual Property Law at the San Pablo-CEU University.
Professional Experience
Antonio embarked on his professional career in 1997 in the Estudio Jurídico Lema, specialising in Intellectual Property, unfair competition and advertising litigation. He joined Grau, Baylos & Angulo in 2004. As of August 2007 he is currently a partner at ESTUDIO JURIDICO BAYLOS.
Teaching
Antonio is an associate lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at the Carlos III University of Madrid since 2000. He also teaches on the Master in Business Law at the University of Alcalá de Henares and the International Centre of Financial Training (CIFF).
He writes regularly for leading international Intellectual Property Publications.
